Privacy Policy

Kwantem Laundry (“we”, “us”) is a laundry pickup and delivery service operated by Kwantem Enterprise LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely by our platform).
• Order information: pickup and delivery addresses, ZIP code, package selection, dates and time windows, detergent, fragrance, and handling preferences, and contactless instructions.
• Booking analytics: we record pages and booking steps reached, traffic source, timestamps, validation field names, and checkout status to understand where visitors stop. Your email is linked to booking progress when you submit the contact step. Email alert signups are stored separately with your consent; booking alone does not subscribe you to marketing.
• Ratings and support messages: your reviews and conversations with our support team.
• Payment information: payments are processed entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never collect, see, or store your full card number. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment or refund succeeded.

We use your information to schedule pickups and deliveries, process payments, send order updates (only if you opt in), respond to support requests, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

Drivers and delivery partners receive only what they need to complete your pickup and delivery — your addresses, time window, and handling instructions. They never have access to your payment information. We share payment data solely with Stripe to process transactions, and we may share information where required by law.

You can update your profile, addresses, and notification preferences anytime in the app, and you can request deletion of your account through the Profile page or the Delete Account page. Order and payment records may be retained as required by tax and legal obligations.

For privacy questions or requests, contact us through in-app support or your account dashboard.
